Seasoned FMCG Operations Leader

Leveraging eight years of progressive leadership in FMCG (CPG) and retail, I helped companies exponentially grow revenues through streamlined operations and laser-focused sales & marketing execution.

Early in my career at Henkel distributor company, I rapidly climbed the ranks from Sales Representative to Supervisor by consistently exceeding targets. I then transitioned to the water industry market challenger seeking to disrupt its category, where within one year I assembled and led an eight-person team to a remarkable 47% YoY sales increase through an optimized distributor model and market expansion.

Followed by becoming General Manager’s Consultant, I drove a full-scale business transformation leading 276 employees across processes. By introducing strategic initiatives like pricing optimization and cost reduction, teams successfully boosted performance. Employee satisfaction also increased under new bonus and metrics programs.

Now, I help companies include AI and Web3 in their overall processes, overcoming friction by employee engagement, and introducing the agile work practices.

Voda Vrnjci

  • Introduced the “Strategy of consistency” that improved price policy and sales vs. trade marketing ratio
  • Introduced a new model of bonuses and salaries, adding the team sales incentives to individual contribution
  • Developed a new strategy for export operations and production of the new HoReCa brand (PL) for the market of France

Aqua Com (Beohemija)

  • Assembled and lead a team of only eight people strong that achieved 47% YoY growth in sales volume.
  • Introduced a new distribution model, optimized production, and reorganized sales and export operations.
  • Coordinated activities and budgets with the production to introduce a cost-effective product on the market.

MDI (Henkel)

  • Started as a Sales Representative and later on promoted to Key Account Sales Representative
  • Second promotion to Key Account Representative, responsible for sales and activities of the two Key Account clients
  • Third promotion to Supervisor of the Key Account, becoming the leader of the team
